Keep It Simple...

Last week I was working with a new potential client and they were trying to explain their commission structure... and couldn't. It reminded me of the important thing I learned a couple of years ago. Keep it simple. It's harder to build something (like software) and make it simple than to flood it full of features and make it difficult. They call it "the sophistication of simplicity".
